Every year, the ATI Super Conference brings together some of the best auto repair shops in the country. It is a time for learning, networking, and celebrating success. This year, the conference was held in beautiful Hawaii, and it was an experience to remember! 

A Learning Experience 

The ATI Super Conference is all about growth and education. Our Leadership and Marketing teams from Premier Auto Care attended exciting classes and presentations. These sessions covered important topics like customer service, shop management, and the latest trends in auto repair. We learned how to better serve our customers, improve our shop, and stay ahead in the industry. 

Not only did we get to learn from experts, but we also had the chance to talk with other shop owners who face the same challenges we do. Many of these people have become like family, and it was great to catch up and share ideas and experiences with them. 

The ATI Olympics: Go Team Green! 

One of the most exciting events at the conference was the ATI Olympics. This is a fun competition where different teams go head-to-head in challenges that test leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. This year, we were on Team Green, and we gave it our all! 

The competition was fierce, but it was all in good fun. It was a great way to bond with fellow shop owners and learn valuable lessons about working together. Our Marketing Coordinator, Hali, took home the Hot Potato Champion title! We may have lost to the Yellow Team, but we gave it our all and had a blast while doing so! 

Hawaiian Culture and Supporting the Hawaii Project  

Since the conference was on the Big Island of Hawaii, we got to experience some amazing cultural performances. From traditional Hawaiian music to hula and fire dancing, we had the chance to appreciate the beauty and history of the islands. There was also a Hawaiian shirt contest, and it was fun to see everyone dressed in their best! The conference was the perfect mix of learning, networking, and enjoying the tropical atmosphere. 

 One of the most meaningful parts of the conference was our opportunity to give back. Throughout the event, we helped raise over $30,000 for The Hawaii Project, a charitable organization dedicated to helping children in need and breaking the cycle of poverty for their keiki (children). 

It was truly inspiring to see so many people come together for this important cause. Knowing that our contributions will help provide education, resources, and support for Hawaiian children made this conference even more special. 

Premier Auto Care Ranks in the Top 25! 

One of the most exciting moments of the conference was when Premier Auto Care was recognized as one of the Top 25 auto repair shops in the country! This is a huge honor, and it shows how dedicated we are to providing top-quality service. 

We are so proud of our team for their hard work and commitment. Being recognized at a national level motivates us to keep improving and serving our customers even better. 

Bringing It All Back Home 

The 2025 ATI Super Conference was an unforgettable experience. We learned new strategies to improve our shop, built stronger relationships with our peers, and celebrated our achievements. 

Now that we’re back in Titusville, Florida, we’re excited to put all these new ideas into action at Premier Auto Care. We can’t wait to keep growing, improving, and providing the best service possible for our community!
