Eleven years ago, Mother and Son duo, Donna and Keith took a leap of faith and started Premier Auto Care. Little did they know they were helping transform the automotive service industry in their community. From day one, their mission was clear: to provide top-notch automotive repair with honesty, integrity, and fairness. They started with just the two of them, a modest shop, Keith’s extensive automotive repair knowledge, and a vision for the future. 

 The Beginning 

Donna and Keith's story began long before they opened the doors of Premier Auto Care, they just didn't know it yet. Keith has an extensive background in the automotive industry. With 30+ years of experience, Keith had spent his fair share working for big name dealerships that proved repeatedly that money was more important than the customer. This was never something that resonated with Keith. In return, it fueled him to set his aim of opening an independent shop that could make a difference in his community. With his mother Donna and her deep understanding of customer relations and an uncertain future, Premier Auto Care was born. 

Commitment to Excellence 

What set Premier Auto Care apart from the beginning was Donna and Keith's unwavering commitment to excellence. It was truly humble beginnings. They overcame many challenges as first-time business owners. Times were tough, but the feeling of making a difference in a customer's life and proving that Automotive Repair can go from stressful and challenging to convenient and helpful, fueled them to charge on. Over time, their dedication paid off, as word of their exceptional service spread, and their customer base grew. 

Community Engagement 

Donna, Keith and wife by his side, Christi believed in giving back to the community that supported them. Over the years, Premier Auto Care has sponsored several local events, participated in charity drives and held many local events to bring their community together. All while making sure their customers were getting the service they deserved. Their active involvement in the community has cemented their reputation as more than an auto care provider. 

Milestones and Achievements 

The past 11 years have been marked by many milestones for Premier Auto Care. With a total of now five family members, additional expert technicians and Service Advisors and the ability to add new services to meet the evolving needs of their customers. Premier’s dedication to quality has earned them several business awards over the years. From locally favorited achievements, management and workplace awards and the prestigious award of Top Shop of the year 2021 by ATI. This award underscores the hard work and passion of our team, and we are proud to be recognized as the Best of the Best in our industry.
